On the afternoon of February 22nd, 2012, Zhan Yougeng, the company’s Chairman was invited to the “school-enterprise cooperation” seminar held by the secretary technical school.

 

On the seminar, Chairman Zhan Yougeng deeply discussed with the main leaders of the secretary technical school about how to develop cooperation, and then reached initial intentions on the 2012 teaching jobs in our company’s staff training center. Based on last year’s teaching, the staff training center sets up special causes like mechanical drafting (CAD drafting), bench work, electrician, metal material and heat process this year. The secretary technical school will delegate five professional teachers to respectively undertake the teaching of these lessons. The company’s internal technical personnel will be the skill training teachers. This will help actually collect theory with practice, and explore the new model of employee skill education and training of school-enterprise cooperation.

 

After the seminar, Zhan Yougeng gave a lecture of “Dreams and Actions” for students of the secretary technical school, elaborated and transmitted the information of “the spring of blue collar will come soon”, to encourage and inspire the confidence of students from the technical school
