In order to enrich the employees’ culture and sports activities, and to develop Ao Xing spirits and show Ao Xing specialties, the company has held employee sports meetings every four years since 1995.On November 13th, the fifth Ao Xing employee sports meeting themed by “fly your dream and create the brilliancy” was grandly opened in Yuqian Middle School. This sports meeting is the grandest one since the establishment of the company, with investment of over RMB 100,000, long planning time, great manpower and material resource input, and high employee participation rate.

 

During the planning of the sports meeting, the representative teams elaborately organized and actively launched. The employees made use of working clearance and spare time to develop training activities, which showed strong preparation atmosphere and sense of honor.

 

On the opening ceremony, the athlete representative squares full of youthful spirits and various features won applauses time and again. The short but brilliant opening ceremony performance was also spoken highly of by audience in and out of the stadium.

 

The athletes developed the spirits of tenacious fight in the competition. After one day’s tense and drastic contest, nearly 200 persons achieved individual awards, 5 representative teams respectively achieved first prize of team event, and 23 persons broke the records of the company’s sports meeting in total, among which Jinao Technology United won the first by team total points, and Jiangsu Aoxing Representative won the High Morality Awards. This sports meeting shows not only high level but also good ethics.

 

On the day of the sports meeting, Chu Linsen, Director of the City Council of SMG, made a speech on the opening ceremony. Lou Guofu, Deputy Director of the People’s Congress announced of the opening of the sports meeting. Leaders from units and departments such as the City Economic Development Board, General Union and Qianchuan Town Government were also invited to the opening ceremony.

 

The success of this sports meeting greatly encourages all the employees to widely develop fitness exercises, motivates the employees’ energy and improves the company’s cohesive force
