Jan. 28th, 1974 Lin An Tashan Commune Agricultural Machinery Factory was founded

Oct. 1975 the factory set up the workshop of aluminum case Jan. 1981 the workshop of aluminum case separated from the factory and named Tashan Radio Parts Factory specializing in the production of aluminum case

June 1984 the factory was renamed as Hangzhou Lin An Electronic Parts Factory

Feb. 1995 the factory was restructured as Lin An Ao Xing Electronics Co., Ltd

Dec. 1995 the company as the holding company set up Hangzhou Aosheng Electronics Co., Ltd

Oct. 2001 the company created Wuxi Branch Office

Feb. 2003 the company as the holding company established Hangzhou Ao Lin Electronics Co., Ltd

July 2003 the company as the holding company established Jiangsu Ao Xing Electronics Co., Ltd manufacturing cold extrusion aluminum case

Nov. 2004 the company as the holding company set up Hangzhou Ao Xing Industrial Co., Ltd producing aluminum sheets, strips and foils Mar. 2006 the company was identified as Zhejiang High-tech Enterprise.

May 2007 the company invested in Hangzhou Aosheng Electronics Co., Ltd for the research and development and production of laminated aluminium strip

Nov. 2007 the company acquired Hangzhou Aosheng Electronics Co., Ltd

May 2009 the company set up Dongguan Ao Xing Industrial Co., Ltd on the basis of acquisition, which manufactured cold extrusion aluminum case
